Background

A method for fault diagnosis for internal leaks in the hydraulic unit has been developed. The method is being introduced in WIS 2004-4. Parts required
Cylindrical pin with 6 mm diameter and minimum length of 50 mm or bolt M6x60 mm (x2).

Suitable 0-ring e.g. 6 x 1.25 mm (x2).

Procedure

1.

Thread the 0-rings onto the bolts/pins. If bolts are used then the 0-ring must be fitted above the thread. The 0-ring is used for position marking.
