5. Remove the toe-in link nut (B) from the steering swivel member.

Important
The bolt must be screwed out and in respectively or there is risk that the hole will be "reamed" by the threads.

6. Remove the bolt (C) from the lower link arm.
7. Remove the shock absorber (D) from the steering swivel member.
8. Remove the steering swivel member (E) from the longitudinal link.
9. Remove the steering swivel member.

To fit

1. When fitting a new steering swivel member, transfer or fit a new bush in the steering swivel member. Remove the bush with KM906-61-62 and fit

with KM906-63-64, which are part of 89 96 761 Set of press sleeves, rear axle.
