The end position switch consists of the cylinder housing (ground), a contact plate fitted in the cylinder housing end and a spring fitted on the piston. The
control module outputs B+ via a 1 kOhm resistor on pin 18 (switch bottom position) and pin 31, and when the piston reaches the bottom end position,
the spring on the piston will touch the contact plate and cylinder housing, resulting in grounding of the control module input in question.
