Front Door Window Glass Weatherstrip: Service and Repair
Door Window Front Seal, CV
To remove
1. Remove the door mirror.
2. Remove the door trim.
3. Remove the inner scraper strip.
4. Loosen the outer scraper strip at the front edge.
5. Remove the seal for the door mirror mounting.
To fit
1. Fasten the new seal at the point of the sheet metal flange. Use adhesive 30 08 075 3M Super Weatherstrip.
IMPORTANT: Wipe dry the window channel before starting to apply adhesive.
2. Press down the seal in the window channel.
