1.

Remove the wheel.

2.

Remove the inner fender (wing) liner.

3.

Retrieve the seal and clean the edges.

4.

Place a strip of butyl tape along the edge of the seal as illustrated.

5.

Fit the seal.

6.

Fit the inner fender (wing) liner, wheel and light cluster.

7.

Test drive the car and check that no noise is heard from the bypass valve.
