IMPORTANT:  The stepping motor is integrated in the cruise control module and the wire to the throttle body is connected directly to the control
module.

Switch off the engine.

Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.

Is the function correct?

NO

Rectify the fault as described in 'Adjustment/replacement'.

Drive forward slowly.

-

CRUISE lamp should flash at rate corresponding with speed

Is the function correct?

NO

-

Continue with Checking the wheel speed signal.

YES -
