To fit

Clean the attachment points of the generator and coat them with Vaseline so as to prevent oxidation.

Cautiously press the catalyst to the left and put in the generator.

Fix the generator into place with the two retaining bolts.

Connect the cables to the generator.

Fit the exhaust pipe back into place at the manifold.

Fit the rubber hanger of the front exhaust pipe back into place.

Fit the cover of the belt circuit back into place.

Put the front wheel back on and lower the car.

Fit the belt tensioner and the multigroove V-belt.
Check that the belt is running true on all pulleys.

Fit the air-filter canister.

Refit the hose between the air-filter canister and the throttle body.

Connect the battery's negative cable.

13

Set the clock and program in the radio code if any.
