7. Fit the front exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold or, alternatively, to the turbocharger. Lubricate the studs on the turbocharger with Molycote
1000 before fitting.
8. Suspend the three way catalytic converter and screw together the joint between the front exhaust pipe and the intermediate pipe.
9. Fit the air shields and wheels.
Tightening torques: Wheels: 110 Nm (81 ft. lbs.)
10. Make sure the oil plug is tight. Lower the car and fill with engine oil. Put back the dipstick and connect the oxygen sensor cable. Fit the heat shield
(turbo).
11. Remove the lifting beam, warm up the engine and check for leaks from the sealing surfaces.
