To Fit

Fit the coil and locate the guide pin in its groove on the compressor housing. Check that all the leads are free.
Fit the circlip.

Fit the belt pulley and lock ring.

Place the shims in the driver and fit the driver onto the shaft. Tighten the bolt.
Tightening torque 13 Nm (9.3 lbf ft)

Check the play between the driver and the belt pulley with a feeler gauge.
The play should be 0.5 ±0.15 mm.
If necessary, adjust the play by changing the shims on the compressor shaft.

Mount the multigroove V-belt on the belt pulley and release the belt tensioner.
Check that the multigroove V-belt is located correctly.

Fit the front end of the wing liner and the right-hand cover.

7

Fit the front right wheel.
