Windshield Washer Hose: Service and Repair
Windscreen Washer Hoses

Removal

1

Detach the washer hose from the cover on top of the false bulkhead panel.

Detach the hose from the nozzles in the bonnet and remove the hose and rubber bushing from the bonnet.

Remove the rubber seal from the protective cover.

Remove the clips from the cover on top of the false bulkhead panel.

Lift the cover a little and detach the washer hose from the underside of the cover.

Pull the hose out through the partition and disconnect it at the fork behind the battery.

Refitting

1

Refit the hose on to the fork behind the battery and pull it into the cover on top of the false bulkhead panel.

Replace the protective cover and refit the washer hose on to the underside.

Refit the clips on to the cover on top of the false bulkhead panel.

4

Refit the rubber seal on to the protective cover.

5

Reconnect the hose to the washer nozzles.

6

Pull the hose through the rubber bushing from the bonnet to the union in the protective cover.
