To remove
Before removing the unit, perform procedures before removing a control module.
1. Remove the cover.
2. Remove the luggage compartment floor.
3. Remove the OnStar control module's cover.
IMPORTANT: Take care when releasing the locking mechanism on the connector so as not to damage the connector. Pull the halves straight
apart to avoid bending the pins.
