1. Smear the piston sealing rings with the grease supplied in the kit. Also grease the dust cap.
2. Fit the piston rings in the cylinder barrel.
3. Fit the pistons in the cylinders and press the dust caps in place.
Important: It is important that the pistons are positioned correctly in the caliper. Check the position by taking a control measurement. The
measurement should be 29 mm (1.14 in). Use inspection gauge 89 95 342, template, brake piston.
4. Fit the brake pads.
5. Fit the brake caliper.
