Vacuum Pump: Service and Repair
Electrical Pump

Vacuum Pump, Electric 

To remove 
1. Raise the car.
2. Remove the spoiler shield.
3. Unplug the pump connector.
4. Undo the hose clip and detach the vacuum hose from the pump.
5. Remove the nuts to the rubber suspension.
6. Remove the pump.

To fit 
1. Transfer the mounting to the new pump.
2. Connect the vacuum hoses and fit the hose clip.
3. Position the pump and tighten the nuts.
4. Plug in the pump connector.
5. Fit the spoiler shield.
6. Lower the car to the floor.
