Diesel cars are equipped with an auxiliary heater as standard. The programming and timer functions for the auxiliary heater are integrated in the SID
unit. A so called parking heater can be installed in petrol cars.
Fitting and operating instructions are supplied with the parking heater.

If the STC control module detects a malfunction in the system while the soft top is being operated, it will immediately halt the sequence and send a
request on the bus for text and acoustic messages. SID displays the text message at the same time as it sounds an acoustic signal.
