Rear Knuckle: Service and Repair

Front Wheel Hub
To remove
1. Remove the MacPherson strut, refer to Suspension Strut, Service and Repair.
2. Place two pieces of flat or square bar under the MacPherson strut.
3. Press off the front wheel hub from the wheel bearing. Use special tool 89 96 704 Drift, front wheel bearing.
4. Remove the circlips from the MacPherson strut.
5. Remove the wheel bearing from the steering swivel member. Use special tool 89 96 704 Drift, Front wheel bearing.
