If a short-circuit to ground occurs in the filament monitor circuit, the CHECK message for a faulty lamp will be shown even though the lamp is OK.
In the event of an open circuit, the CHECK message will not be shown even if one of the lamps is faulty.

Interior Light Sensor

The sensor that measures the light intensity in the car is integrated in the SID unit. The measurement range is 0-1200 lux.

The SID unit uses the value to calculate the appropriate display lighting. The value is output as bus information "INTERIOR LIGHT INTENSITY" in
lux.
