Refit the battery.

Cars with turbo:
a

Refit the hose between the charge air cooler and the throttle body,

b

Fit the expansion tank and tighten the bolt.

Vacuum pump the A/C system and fill refrigerant, see Refrigerant, A/C/Service and Repair.

Refit the main fuse box.

Refit the headlamp.

Refit the grille.
