8. Remove the clips securing the hoses to the heater box.
9. Remove the toggle clips on the side of the heater box, pull down the pipes and lift out the heater box.

Heater Box Installation

1. Fit the heater box.
2. Check that the O-rings are positioned correctly and that they are not damaged. Refit the pipes and secure with the clips.
3. Close the heater box enclosure.
4. Refit the rear floor air ducts and secure with a cable tie. Work through the following:

Refit the centre console.  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair

Refit the switches for the window lifts.

Refit the rear part of the centre console.  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair

Refit the rear pant of the air vent and the cover.

Refit the rear ashtray.

-

Fit the cover around the ignition.

Refit the panels on both sides of the centre console.  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair

Refit the glove box.  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Glove Compartment/Service and Repair

Refit the ACC unit, see Electronic Climate Control/Electronic Climate Control Module/Service and Repair.

6. Refit the coolant hoses on the heater box and secure with hose clips.
