Unplug the oxygen sensors leads, undo the cable clamps and clip. Raise the car.
IMPORTANT
The leads must not be twisted. The oxygen sensor is highly sensitive to knocks and blows and must be handled with care.

Remove the oxygen sensor.
To fit

Coat the oxygen sensors threads with Molycote 1000 (30 20 971) to prevent binding.
