1. Fit the new belt pulley onto the shaft.
2. Use 0 89 96 415 Fitting tool, power steering pump belt pulley to tighten the new pulley. The pulley must be fitted so that the hub sits flush with the
end of the pump shaft.
IMPORTANT: Do not pull the belt pulley too far in.
4. Place the belt on the pulley and tension the belt tensioner.
5. Fit the air filter unit.
