1. Position the brake shoes, lever and adjusting nut on the shield.
2. Use 89 96 647 Tool, removing handbrake spring to fit the springs to the retaining pin and 89 95 607 Brake spring, tool for the upper and lower

return springs.

3. Fit the brake disc.

4. Hook the cable onto the lever, fit the cable in the cable holder and fit the return spring.
5. Adjust the handbrake.
6. Fit the wheels. 

Tightening torque 110 Nm (88 ft. lbs.)
