Tailgate Lock Motor

To remove

1. Open the tailgate.
2. Remove the tailgate trim.
3. Remove the retainer bolts that secure the lock motor.
4. Release the expander rivet securing the plastic pivots to the tailgate by pressing in the expander pin slightly and pulling out the whole rivet.
5. Carefully pull out the lock motor and turn the motor to remove it from the plastic hinge.
