A Running Change occurred during model year 1999 where a cupholder was added to the dashboard of 9-3 models.
To enhance customer satisfaction, this cupholder may be added to any 9-3 in your dealership's new car inventory that was produced without one. This
procedure will be claimed using campaign processing coding for tracking purposes.
