Apply Molykote 1000 (part no. 30 20 971) or equivalent to the oxygen sensor threads. Fit the oxygen sensor and screw it down with a 22 mm
dog-leg spanner or similar tool.
Tightening torque 50 Nm (37 lbf ft)

Carefully replace the oxygen sensor cable and secure it.
IMPORTANT
The cables must not be twisted. Twisted cables exposed to vibration can break.
The oxygen sensor is sensitive to impact and jolting and must be handled with care.
Lower the car.

Plug in the oxygen sensor connector and attach it to the holder.
