When checking only -

When replacing left or right harness -

When replacing both harnesses -

Background
It is possible that the wiring harness in the door can be damaged due to it being the wrong length. On all vehicles within the affected VIN Serial Number
ranges, the wiring harnesses in the door are to be inspected and replaced if found to be damaged in any way.

Cars affected
All cars within the following VIN intervals:

3D: X2000095 - X2005351
CV: X7000063 - X7001724

Owner Notification

As much as possible, owners of affected vehicles will be notified by Saab Cars USA, Inc.

A VIN Status List will be supplied to you prior to any owner notification. If you do not receive a Status List, this is an indication that no affected
vehicles have been sold to/by your dealership.

79 71 880 Cable tie (when no parts replacement is necessary)

Replacement
51 06 786 Wiring harness, driver's door
51 06 794 Wiring harness, passenger door
44 94 951 Water barrier, LH door mirror (if needed)
44 94 969 Water barrier, RH door mirror (if needed)

Note: 

These water barriers may come without the required hole for the wiring harness. If so, use the old part as a template.
