Replacement of shift lock solenoid

Background

Due to contamination within the shift lock solenoid, the shifter may get stuck in Park.

A new, improved shift lock solenoid should be installed on all 9-3 models in your dealership's new car inventory within the affected VIN Serial No.
Range.

This procedure will be claimed using the campaign processing coding for tracking purposes.
