Return Line, Power Steering

Removal

IMPORTANT: Always observe utmost cleanliness when working with hydraulic components.

1. Drain the power steering fluid reservoir, using oil suction equipment.

2. Undo and lift aside the reservoir.
3. Clean carefully around the return hose connection to the power steering fluid reservoir.
4. Remove the return hose from the power steering fluid reservoir.
5. Raise the car.

6. Cut off the cable tie holding the return line to the steering gear.
