This button switches on and off ECON mode. Note that AUTO is displayed even when ECON is on.

The function can be user-programmed as soon as a manual selection has been made.

When ECON is switched on, the system is set as follows:

A/C off

^

air recirculation off

^

ECON is shown on the display

This button selects and cancels the OFF mode.

When OFF is selected, the system is set as follows:

^

fan current 0 A

^

A/C off

^

air distribution flap stays in current position

^

air-mixing flaps go to max cold

^

air recirculation in off position (the function can still be selected manually)

^

heated rear window off

^

only air recirculation, OFF and AUTO buttons work
