3. Unscrew the passenger airbag from the dashboard, 6 nuts.
4. Lift out the airbag.

Replacement

1. Screw the airbag to the dashboard, 6 nuts.
2. Fit the dashboard.
3. Switch on the ignition and check the SRS and control module using the Tech2 instrument, as follows:

Plug the Tech2 into the data link connector under the dashboard. Clear any diagnostic trouble codes that may be present.
Switch off the ignition and switch it on again. Wait at least 10 minutes with the ignition switched on.
Check whether a diagnostic trouble code is displayed:

If A Diagnostic Trouble Code Is Displayed:

Carry out fault diagnosis according to the instructions in the diagnostic trouble code charts.

If no diagnostic trouble code is displayed:
The airbag has been successfully fitted. Unplug the Tech2.
