Clutch Master Cylinder: Service and Repair
To Remove
1. Remove the lower part of the dashboard from under the steering wheel (data link connector and floor lighting(
2. Lift the spring from the clutch pedal.
3. Remove the clip and pin from the clutch pedal.
4. (LHD) Lift up the central electric unit in the engine bay.
5. (LHD) Lift up the Maxi fuse holder.
6. (LHD) Unscrew the bracket for the central electric unit and move it to one side.
7. (RHD) Remove the cover from the intake manifold.
8. Draw out the brake fluid from the reservoir with brake bleeder 88 19 096
9. Detach the hose from the reservoir.
10. Undo the clip securing the delivery pipe to the master cylinder.
11. Remove the delivery pipe.
