5. Pull the heat exchanger out slightly and remove the PAD connection. Detach the pipes from the heat exchanger and remove the O-rings.
To fit
Use O-rings having part No. 50 45 885.
1. Replace and lubricate the O-rings with synthetic vaseline, part no. 30 15 286. Fit the O-rings to the pipes.
2. Fit the pipes in the heat exchanger and slide the heat exchanger into The heating and ventilation unit.
3. Fit the PAD connection.
Tightening torque 3-4 Nm (2-3 lbf ft)
4. Screw the heat exchanger in place.
