24. Check that the steering wheel and wheels are in the straight-ahead position and attach the steering column shaft to the steering gear.
Tightening torque 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.)
25. Fill the system with fluid and bleed as described under Bleeding the power steering system.
26. Check for leaks at the pump connections.
27. Road test.
28. Set the clock.
