The injectors are supplied with current from the main relay, while the Control module grounds them as follows:

Injector 1 is Controlled from pin 45.

Injector 2 is Controlled from pin 44.

Injector 3 is Controlled from pin 67.

Injector 4 is Controlled from pin 68.
The microprocessor Controls the transistor in the firing order so that injection is completed just as the inlet valve in the cylinder in question opens.
Diagnostics

If There is an open circuit or short circuit to ground or B+ on any of the injectors, diagnostic trouble code P1676 will be generated.
System Reaction To A Fault

Closed loop is blocked.
