Exhaust Temperature Sensor: Service and Repair

Temperature sensor, three-way catalytic converter warning

To Remove

Remove the grommet for the temperature sensor connector.

Withdraw the connector through the opening and remove it.

Open the clip securing the lead.

Remove the temperature sensor and let it hang.

5

Cut the cable tie securing the lead to the power steering hoses.

Carefully withdraw the temperature sensor and lead.
