13. Fit the mass air flow sensor with hose and plug it in.
14. Fit the engine cover.
Fill with power steering fluid as specified, raise the cover so that the front wheels are clear of the floor.
WARNING: Driving the car with too little fluid in the system for longer than 5 seconds may damage the servo pump.
16. Start the engine and turn the steering wheel 3 times from full lock to full lock. Switch off the engine and check the fluid level.
WARNING: Never start the engine without the power steering fluid reservoir cap firmly in place. Fluid may otherwise spurt from the
reserve
17. Restart the engine and turn the steering wheel 3 times from full lock to full lock. Switch off the engine and check the fluid level.
18. Make sure there are no leaks in the system. Check the cooling system as well.
19. Raise the car and wipe off any fluid spill on the right-hand engine cover under the car.
20. Lower the car and test drive.
