With the shifter in neutral, separate the upper and lower parts of the selector lever housing. Separate it far enough to undo the screws by the
solenoid. See point 5.

Detach the lever at the top of the solenoid and remove the solenoid. See point 6.

Replace the shift lock solenoid with a new one.

Reattach the lever at the top of the solenoid. See point 1.

b.

Fit the solenoid's two screws. See point 2.

c.

Fit the two parts of the selector lever housing together.

d.

Connect the solenoid leads.

e.

Reinstall the cable ties.

5.

Fit the selector lever housing.
