9. Fit a new gasket and fit the antilock baffle plate, the oil strainer and the sump. Apply part No. (10) 74 96 268 to the bolts.
Tightening torque:
Antislosh baffle plate: 8 Nm (6 ft. lbs.).
Oil strainer: 8 Nm (6 ft. lbs.).
Sump: 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.).
10. Tighten the drain plug.
Tightening torque: 25 Nm (18.5 ft. lbs.).
11. Lower the car.
