Inertia Reel With Belt Tensioner

WARNING:

All Saab 9-5 models are equipped as standard with the SRS, including belt tensioners.

Work in accordance with the safety and handling instructions in Airbag Systems.

1. Ignition switch in the OFF position.
2. Move the seat as far forward as possible.
3. Undo the seat-belt mounting for the front seat by pressing in the catch with a bent screwdriver, see dimension illustration.
4. Pull off the B-pillar trim (fastened with clips) and lift the pillar trim up out of the air duct.
