NOTE: Spray the connector with Kontakt 61, part no.30 04 520.

Fit in reverse order.

Fill with coolant.

Start the engine and run it with the heater controls on full.

Check the coolant level and freezing point. If necessary top up with more coolant.

Raise the car.

Fit the lower front cover.
