Carefully bend the ashtray holder's clips out of the way using a screwdriver, first the 2 lower clips then the 2 upper clips, while pulling the ashtray
holder out.

3.

Carefully bend both of the front panel's side plates outward so that they can pass the locking catches.

4.

Fold the front panel forward. Bend the metal plate in the ashtray up a bit if necessary.

Note:

Be careful so that the pivot pin does not break off.
