Lubricate new O-rings with synthetic vaseline. Fit the O-rings on the pipes to the heat exchanger.

Connect the pipes to the heat exchanger and screw on the PAD connector.

Fit the air outlet to the air duct.
NOTE: Place butyl tape in the join between the air duct and the climate housing.
