Air Injection Pump: Service and Repair
Secondary Air Injection (SAI) Pump With Hose

To remove

Cover the wings and note the radio code if applicable.

Remove the battery cover, undo the battery cables and remove the battery.

Undo the connection for the secondary air injection hose.

Undo the connector for the secondary air injection pump

Remove the bolts securing the secondary air injection pump. Hold the pump at an angle and detach the plug from the bracket. Lift out the pump.

Detach the hoses from the pump.

To fit

1

Attach the hoses to the secondary air injection pump.
