4. Fit and bolt down the steering wheel member. Couple the steering shaft joint at the same time.

Tightening torque 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.)

5. Tighten the nuts for the pedal bracket in the engine bay and the nuts for the clutch master cylinder.

6. (LHD) Fit the bracket for the central electric unit.
7. (LHD) Fit the Maxi fuse holder.
8. (LHD) Fit the central electric unit.
9. (LHD) Fit the battery.

10. (RHD) Fit the cover over the intake manifold and the valve for crankcase ventilator

11. Fit the pin and clip and hook on the spring. Lubricate the pin with Nynas Alexol L12.
12. Tighten the pedal bracket screws to the steering wheel member.
13. Fit the pedal switch and connect the cable.

Depress the pedal and pull out the pushrod in the switch. When the pedal is then released, the switch will be adjusted to the correct position. Check
by pulling back the pedal once by hand.
