1. Turn the bearing so that the steel balls can be removed.
2. Turn the inner cage for the steel balls so that it can be removed from the outer cage.
3. Lift out the outer cage. 
4. Wipe balls and other parts clean. 
5. Place the outer cage in the universal joint. 
6. Place the inner cage in the outer cage and turn it so that the steel balls can be positioned 
7. Press in each ball.
