2. Clean the part with Teroson FL cleaner.
3. Mask the part so that only the damaged area is visible.
4. Start by priming the damaged area with two layers of a surface structure treatment mixture.

Mixture:
70% Terotex 3000 (white or black)
20% 2K paint

To maintain durability, 2K paint must always be used, even for black or white products.

10% Standard curing agent (suitable for paint), but not MS type.

5. Allow to dry and sand if required.
6. Shower carefully with the mixture. If a coarser structure is desired, lower the spray pressure and hold the spray gun at a greater distance. If a finer

structure is desired, increase the spray pressure and hold the gun closer.

7. Place the part in a paint oven at 60 degrees C, so that the structure sets.

Useful tips; The mixture can also be used to raise small plastic burrs on sanded surfaces. The part can be cured in an oven at 60 degrees C and then
rubbed with an abrasive cloth, Scotchbrite or the like.
