5. Remove the flywheel cover plate and fit flywheel locking segment 83 94 868.
6. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
7. Use a screwdriver to prise out the old seal, taking care not to damage the sealing surface.
To fit
1. Fit a new seal using fitting tool for crankshaft seal, timing chain end83 94 876.
2. Fit the crankshaft pulley.
Tightening torque 175 Nm (130 ft. lbs.).
