1. Raise the receiver and fit it in its mounting.
2. Replace the O-rings and lubricate with acid-free vaseline, part no. 30 06 665. Then fit the A/C pipes PAD connections to the condenser and
receiver.
Tightening torque: 8 Nm (6 lbf ft)
3. Cars with cooling pipe: Attach the front cooler pipe to the battery cover.
4. Fit the front cover below the radiator core.
5. Lower the car to the floor.
6. Evacuate the A/C system and fill with refrigerant R134.
