This button switches on and off the manual air recirculation. To return to automatic the AUTO button must be pressed. Note that AUTO is displayed
even when manual recirculation is selected.

The function can be user-programmed as soon as a manual selection has been made. When air recirculation is switched on, the system is set as follows:

Electrically heated rear window

This button switches on and off the heated rear window. Rear window heating cannot be switched on manually until the engine has been started.

The length of time the heating is on is determined by the outside temperature. At +5 °C it is 5 minutes and at lower temperatures the time is increased to
max 10 minutes when the outside temperature is lower than -10 °C.

If automatic rear window heating is selected with extended user-programming, the maximum time is 5 instead of 10 minutes.
