5. Make sure there is a seal in the top part of the filter space. If the seal is missing:

Affix a seal on top of the filter. Take note of the instruction (arrows show the direction of airflow) showing how to fit the filter.

6. Cars with retrofitted A/C:Break off the plastic lugs on top of the filter.
7. Clean the filter housing.
8. Cars with A/C:If necessary, clean the drain hoses.

To fit

1. Fit the filter according to the instruction on top of the filter.
2. Fit the service cover.
3. Fasten the wiring harness and cooling hose with cable ties.
