To remove
1. Remove the inner handle and the trim on the inside of the tailgate.
US/CA cars: Push the emergency opening handle through the hole in the trim.
2. Undo the three screws holding the lock.
3. Turn the clip securing the locking rod for the lock motor driver and detach the locking rod.
